Coaching & Advisory
See what matters. Move what matters.
People usually arrive here in one of three conditions.
Most people notice patterns like:
Because it’s hard to name, it often gets addressed indirectly without resolving the underlying issue.
This is more common than it seems.
People don’t respond directly to events.
They respond to how they make sense of what is happening.
That sense-making determines what feels possible next.
When interpretation aligns with current conditions, action becomes clear and direct.
When it is misaligned, it creates friction, hesitation, and stalled movement.
This applies across leadership, transitions, and adaptive constraints.
Not more effort.
Not more insight.
Not more planning.
What changes outcomes is whether understanding translates into workable action under real conditions.
When it does, movement becomes direct and sustainable.
When it doesn’t, friction builds and movement stalls.
As alignment improves, people regain clarity, range, and momentum in how they operate—and what becomes possible expands over time.
I help people and organizations translate complex or shifting situations into clear, workable action so they can move forward with clarity and momentum.
We focus on:
The goal is not more analysis.
The goal is action that holds in real life—and restores movement.
Leadership & Decision-Making
Navigating complexity, competing priorities, organizational change, and leadership growth.
Growth Through Experience
Using life transitions, relocation, travel, and new environments as opportunities to expand perspective and explore what becomes possible next.
Adaptive Living
Building safe, sustainable ways of operating when health conditions, dietary constraints, or other realities require life to be approached differently.
Safety & Clinical Alignment
Patient safety is the foundational constraint of the First BITES program.
This work operates within clinical guidance and is designed to align with the recommendations and constraints established by licensed healthcare professionals, including physicians, dietitians, and allergy and immunology specialists. This includes situations where safety considerations are critical and daily decisions must reflect underlying medical constraints.
First BITES does not diagnose, prescribe, or alter clinical recommendations.
Instead, it focuses on translating clinical guidance into safe, workable execution in daily life.
The Core Challenge
Clinical guidance is typically clear.
Execution in daily life is not.
Familiar routines may no longer function safely or reliably. Food decisions become frequent, complex, and high-attention. Confidence in daily choices can be disrupted.
The gap is not understanding.
The gap is execution of clinical guidance in daily life under real-world constraints.
What is needed is not more guidance—but a way to make guidance operational in real life.
What We Do
What This Is
This is stabilization work.
It is the translation of clinical direction into lived, repeatable daily practice under conditions where safety, consistency, and cognitive load matter.
What This Is Not
This is not optimization work.
This is not behavior coaching in isolation.
This is not clinical decision-making or treatment.
The Outcome
The goal is not better understanding.
The goal is safe, consistent daily living under real constraints—so people can move through their day with greater stability, confidence, and ease, and clinical guidance can be more consistently followed in daily life.
More than twenty years across leadership, organizational systems, HR, and advisory work—alongside lived experience navigating major transitions and constraints.
Across all of it, one pattern repeats:
Capability is rarely the limiting factor.
What changes outcomes is whether people can accurately interpret what is happening in front of them, in real time, under real conditions.
When interpretation is misaligned with current conditions, people experience friction, hesitation, or stalled movement.

If this resonates, the next step is a simple conversation.
Whether you're rebuilding, navigating complexity, or exploring what comes next, we'll start by looking at what you're actually working with—and what forward movement could look like from here.
See what matters. Move what matters.
